Canine Boarding Policies
Age: All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older.
Sex: All dogs 6 months or older must be spayed or neutered
Vaccination Requirements: Written-faxed verification will be requested of your veterinarian prior to day play or boarding. We require annual vaccinations for rabies, DHPP-C and bordetella (kennel cough). We further require a fecal test to have been completed within the 6 months prior to the animal coming to day play or boarding. Rabies is required for puppies over 4 months of age. All of the above vaccinations and tests can be completed here by Noah’s Ark Animal Clinic personnel. All pets must be free of internal and external parasites. If parasites are found on or within your dog, they will be treated at your expense. For the health and well-being of your dog, we strongly recommend heartworm preventative.
Behavior:
If it is unknown to you or your vet how your
dog reacts to other dogs please notify us immediately. If your dog exhibits
signs of aggression towards humans while in our facility, your pet will
regretfully not be allowed to return for boarding.
Health: All pets must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
Release of Liability: Although we try to maintain a safe, healthy and fun atmosphere for your dog during
boarding, it is possible that your dog might be exposed to communicable illnesses due to direct contact with or close proximity of other dogs. If your dog should become ill from a communicable disease while boarding, the dog will be treated by our clinic personnel and you may be charged accordingly. We do, however, make every attempt to keep our facility as safe as possible for you and your pet. Please be advised that you, the owner, are solely responsible for any illness or injury of your dog’s as well as any and all damage to other animals, people and property of The Dog House at Noah’s Ark caused by your dog.
Noah’s Ark Animal Clinic claims no responsibility for injuries sustained to
you or your pet while at our facility.
Days and Hours:
Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: Special boarding pick up/drop off times: 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. – Suite Style Boarding only
Payment: Payment is due when services are rendered.
Reservations : Reservations for boarding are required.

Owner Agreement
I, , hereby certify that my dog(s):
is(are) in good health and have not been ill with any communicable condition in the last 30 days. I further certify that my dog(s) have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog. I have read and understand the following:
- I understand and agree to Noah’s Ark’s vaccination and testing policy: Annually: Rabies, DHPP-C and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Every 6 months: Negative fecal flotation. I understand that my pet must be free of internal and external parasites. I understand that if parasites are found on or within my dog, they will be treated at my expense and cannot be exposed directly to other dogs until free from internal and/or external parasites.
- I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) while my dog(s) is/are boarding.
- I further understand and agree that Noah’s Ark and their staff will not be liable for any problems which develop, provided reasonable care and precautions are followed, and I hereby release them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog(s) attendance at boarding.
- I further understand and agree that any illness or injuries which occur with my dog(s) during its stay will be treated as deemed best by staff of Noah’s Ark at their sole discretion, and that I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.
I certify that I have read and understand the policies of Noah’s Ark as set forth on the preceding pages and that I have read and understand the conditions and statements of this agreement, including the following:

I am the owner or agent of the above described animal(s) and have the authority to execute this consent. I have read and understand fully the aforementioned terms and conditions of this agreement. I authorize Noah’s Ark to do whatever is medically necessary in the event of injury or illness of my pet and understand that charges may be sustained from any resulting care. I have read and understand this release and consent.
